JIGS, JIGS, AND MORE JIGS

I've always been a clamp and jig kind of guy. Sometimes it seems like it might not be worth while making a jig, but I've found it always pays off. Maybe it might not be quicker, but you definitely get a more accurate part. Above is a jig I made for match drilling the stiffener angles to the center ribs. Keeps them perfectly square and where they should be.
